Logistics Health Check
We offer a comprehensive logistics health check which is completely independent and free of charge.
We will review all of an organisation's costs for logistics activities and benchmark in the open market.
If we identify a potential cost saving with an alternative supplier, we present the detail to our clients and offer the opportunity to be introduced to the 3PL supplier. Only at this stage would we be compensated for our work and it will only be as a share of the saving to the client if they decided to proceed.
Therefore the whole process has no financial burden on the client, as we only get paid a share of their savings!
